SEATTLE, WA Seattle’s most glamorous and award winning burlesque troupe The Heavenly Spies are back with their all new glittery expose XOXOX! Opening night is May 7th at Can Can Kitchen & Cabaret and will continue every Friday night in May and June at 10:30pm! The Heavenly Spies are trained dancers known for their special brand of contemporary high energy dance meets the art of tease. XOXOX is complete with hot pink jumpsuits, exotic feather fans, rhinestone cowgirls and burlesque beauties in leotards bouncing on oversized blue balls. The Spies will be featuring a new guest performer each week including: boyleque sensations: The L’uminous Pariah and Lil Biggers, chanteuse Caela Bailey and burlesque dynamites: Iva Handfull and Zsa Zsa Royal!
About The Heavenly Spies: The Heavenly Spies started as a little known cabaret/burlesque group titled Ultra and the Satin Dolls composed of a group of eager-to-perform Cornish graduates in early 2004. After many changes, the defunct Dolls changed names and members and became The Heavenly Spies in 2005. They made their mark in the Neo-Burlesque movement in 2007 as the winners in Burlesque’s most prestigious competition, The Miss Exotic World Pageant ,and have continued to wow sold-out audiences with their death defying high kicks and gravity defying hair. The Heavenly Spies have performed in venues such as the Can Can, Triple Door, ACT Theater, the 2006 Super Bowl, Seahawks Stadium, The Pink Door, Moore Theater, On The Boards, The Pampas Room and in festivals such as The Seattle International Cabaret Festival and The Moisture Festival. Members of The Heavenly Spies include creator Fae Phalen AKA Agent Rhinestone and her partner in crime, choreography and costumes Honey Sexpot! Sultry Songstress + host Nightingale Noir and introducing Kimberly Galore and Coco Capone!
